Heroic Ideas — Choose 2 community item ideas to be made!

Each week on Discord, community members nominate other members' suggested items to be made into official Saddlebag items. The top two most voted-for item ideas each week get made, following back and forth workshopping and discussion.

Here are the randomly selected item ideas drawn from this week's nominations!

Ideas

1) Wrath’s Bounty — This heavy coin grants you advantage on checks to gather information or track your quarry. You can focus your senses to learn the general direction of your mark. You can't rid yourself of this coin and you have an urge to track down your mark at all costs.

2) Boots of All Terrain — These finely made ranger boots are covered in druidic runes. Once a day, you can click the heels to temporarily ignore difficult terrain and gain a bonus to Stealth checks for 1 minute.

3) Meteorite Button — An amulet that causes the wearer to fall faster, taking more damage from falling. You can pin it to another creature with a grapple check.

4) Celestial Helianthus — A cultivated breed of sunflower meant to stave off some negative effects of celestial energy. You can either wear it as a brooch to expend charges and reduce radiant damage taken, or create a tea to drink and gain resistance to radiant damage for some time.

5) Epic Eldritch Chess Set — A dragonchess set with its pieces fashioned after aberrational creatures. When attuned, your Intelligence increases and gain a bonus when playing dragonchess. Once a day, you can attempt to compel a creature to accept your challenge to a game, the loser taking damage each round during the game.

6) Submerged Reins — This heavy necklace is made from thick seaweed with small water lilies blooming around the edges, granting you water breathing while wearing it. You can cast the find steed spell, summoning a white warhorse whose mane is made of seaweed, can run across any water surface, breathes water and air, and has a swim speed. While mounted, you can use an action to attempt to magically drown a creature you can see.

7) Rebuker's Battleaxe — An axe with perfect balance. You gain a bonus to your attacks, damage, and defenses, and can expend charges to empower its damage and reach.
