Bubbling Bathbombs

A bubbling bathbomb, a common item, is a magical bubble that only pops or dissolves in a body of still water. They typically come in a drawstring bag in a set of 5. When found, roll on the table below to determine the color and associated scent of each bathbomb in the bag. You can use an action to place a bubble in a bathtub (or similar vessel) filled with water. When you do, the bubble immediately dissolves and magically transforms the water into an aromatic, bubbling bath at a perfect, soothing temperature. The bath remains this way for 1 hour or until it's emptied.
Rare bubbling bathbombs smell even better and come with related effects. To gain an effect, you must remain in the bath for at least 10 minutes, at which point this property of the bathbomb is lost (although it still smells wonderful). A creature can't gain the same benefit multiple times per day in this way, and if multiple creatures would be eligible to gain a bathbomb's effect, only a random one receives it.
