This wreathlike silver crown cradles the back of your head while worn. While wearing it, you have resistance to psychic damage, and you can use an action to cast the mage hand spell from it. This version of the spell allows you to create and maintain two hands at a time, instead of one, and you can use a bonus action on each of your turns to control either one or both of them. The hands are invisible.
You can use an action while wearing the crown to cast the telekinesis spell from it (save DC 15). Once you do, the spell can't be cast from it again until the next dawn.
The mind is a delicate thing: protect it, and you will be stronger than any brawn.
