New commissions rules and slots date announcement

1 slot is reserved for people that never commissioned me, 1 is reserved for 2021 newcomers and the remaining 1 is free for all with the usual limitation of not being able to nab one two months in a row. Reply to that post quick to get your slot.
This time a new rule will apply: if you do not send the commission details within 24 hours of the confirmation message, you will be skipped and lose the slot.
Please prepare your commissions ideas in advance, thank you.
