This armor has sharp spikes inside it. You gain a +1 bonus to AC while wearing this armor, and you gain 10 temporary hit points at the start of each of your turns. Unless you're a cleric or paladin, your maximum hit points are reduced by an amount equal to twice your level while wearing this armor. If you are a cleric or paladin, your hit point maximum can't be reduced in any way while wearing it.
