A target that's hit with this ammunition becomes an electrical conduit for 1 minute. During that time, the conduit makes Dexterity saving throws to avoid taking lightning damage with disadvantage. The first time each turn that another target within 20 feet of the conduit takes lightning damage, the conduit must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the conduit takes lightning damage equal to half the amount dealt to the nearest affected target. The conduit can't take lightning damage multiple times from a single effect as the result of this property.
Once the ammunition hits a target, its magic can’t affect another target, and it loses its magic after 1 minute.
