Five icicles hang from the front of this bandolier. While wearing it, you can tolerate temperatures as low as −50 degrees Fahrenheit without any additional protection. In addition, you can break off one of the icicles (no action required) and use it as a makeshift dagger. When you hit a target with an icicle, it deals cold damage (instead of piercing damage) and is destroyed in a cloud of icy fog. The fog lightly obscures the area surrounding the point of impact in a 5-foot cube and remains there until the start of your next turn. Rime clings to anything in the fog, dealing 2d4 cold damage to any creature that starts its turn in the fog; the creature's speed is reduced by 10 feet for each 4 you roll on the d4s until the end of its turn.
The bandolier magically regrows one icicle every round on initiative count 20, up to a maximum of five.
I have no need for cold steel—the cold is plenty on its own.
