Heroic Ideas — Choose 2 community item ideas to be made!

Each week on Discord, community members nominate other members' suggested items to be made into official Saddlebag items. The top two most voted-for item ideas each week get made, following back and forth workshopping and discussion.

Here are the randomly selected item ideas drawn from this week's nominations!

Ideas

1) Schadenflask — An enchanted vial on a thin chain with a mocking face etched in the glass. It holds upto 5 tears from creatures around you that fail saving throws or skill checks, or miss with an attack. You can uncork the vial and drink all the tears to gain a bonus to your next saving throw, skill check, or attack roll equal to the amount of tears stored.

2) Cap of the Burrowbun — A soft, furry hat with two tassels resembling the ears of a rabbit. While wearing the hat you gain a burrowing speed and can cast the jump spell on yourself with a duration of 1 hour.

3) Shared Pain — This quick and stealthy bow for rogues allows you target multiple foes simultaneously, and gives you the option to divide your sneak attack damage amongst the hit targets.

4) Wing of Morality — This charred stump of some kind of a wing can be attuned, which attaches it to your back and grows into a full sized wing, granting you a flying speed equal to half your walking speed that works in short bursts. The wing's appearance depends on your alignment, as does the spell you are able to cast from it: dimension door for Good, greater invisibility for Neutral, or banishment for Evil.

5) Whenin Roamers — This pair of footwear adapt to match the aesthetic of the location you are in after spending a certain amount of time there. Additionally, you have advantage on Persuasion and Performance checks with people you spend enough time with.

6) Patch of the Scaredy Cat — A canvas patch that can be attached to clothing over the course of 1 minute. Removing it as a reaction when you take damage or become frightened allows you to quickly move away without provoking opportunity attacks.

7) Lumilotion — The ointment in this colorful tin glows faintly in various colors. When applied to the skin, your skin glows in a color of your choice for up to an hour.
