These tall boots are identical to a pair made by a famous designer, but are nevertheless a fake made by an equally infamous forger. While wearing them, you gain a +5 bonus to any ability check you make using tools to craft a forgery or otherwise counterfeit something.
Don't pay for that brand name stuff when you can get the same thing but magical.
