Hi all - right now it's all coming down to character animation.
The musical score of Scene X is now complete. My guy is doing fantastic work. It's the same guy that scored the opening of Episode 10, as well as a few key scenes. This time around, I'm really going hard on the score and making sure to include a lot of unique references that Pokemon fans will enjoy. He is currently scoring Scene A.
The character animation for Scene B is complete, save, of course, for special effects. That makes 4/6 scenes.
I, just today, got a draft from the guy that's animating Scene D, and it's looking solid. It's coming along slower than I'd hoped, but we're making progress. I hope he can finish before I finish F, else I'll have to pick more up myself.
I really really wanted to have Scene F finished by this update. The scene is SO HUGE and has so much action... I'm so close to finishing it, but not quite there. I think I've finished animating the climax and all the hardest parts, but there have been a lot of hiccups. I desperately need to finish Scene F in order to pass it along to my special effects guys. Scene F has by far the most special effects, and is going to be very expensive. They can't get started until I finish the character animation of this scene and it feels like I'm SO CLOSE. It's frustrating to me that it's not finished yet. It's all I've been doing the past month and I just have to keep chugging.
I really, really appreciate you guys for chipping in so much for this project. The music and special effects are going to cost a LOT this time around, because there's just so much, and I really don't think I'd be able to pay them without this Patreon. I'm sorry that I can't get you guys more content, but I'm going to make sure to utilize every penny of this Patreon to get this working properly. Once this episode is complete, it'll for sure be the most visually stunning one.
Once I get to the post-production stage I'll feel a lot more comfortable, but I still feel trapped in character animation, and am trying not to fall too far behind. Thank you, as always, for your immense patience.
