I am very troubled. (English)

I thought it was temporary, but I am still unable to.
(I got help quickly and was able to log in to my account in another browser.
I was able to do so successfully. pixivIt seems to be fine so far for updating.

I get a message that my browser cookies are disabled.
I changed the setting in chrome to allow all, but it is still the same.
In the list of sites where cookies are not allowed
https://[*.] google.com:443 and https://[*.] google.co.jp:443 and two
I'm not sure what's going on, so I'm not sure.
I am not sure if I should allow cookies.
I don't even remember why it was included in the site that I can't use in the first place...
I've done a lot of research and have tried deleting cookies and cache from my browsing history.
Nothing changed.
Security software is showing no problems, so I don't think it's a virus or anything.
I can't check my email at all.
Maybe you can't log in here and can't update this
It may be. (I'm not familiar enough with it to know what would happen)
I've looked at Google help, but I have no idea.
If anyone has more information, I would appreciate your advice.
I'm almost exclusively active here, and I'm not so sure about other places that I'm not familiar with them.
Please help me out, I'm not internet savvy....

It was really helpful. At one point I panicked and thought I might ruin everything (sweat). As for Google, I'll leave it alone for now....
