Sorry about the delay but here's the new version of mugen for this month. As usual, the premade game is at the bottom. Make sure to download the bugfixed characters so you don't have any issue with the time stop move.
Important to Download:
(Some technical changes were made to the following characters to work with DDC's new code for the time stop.)

2019-04-11 17:35:37 +0000 UTCPit's Mindcontrol Finisher is in the 2nd tier update as it was a buyout move ;). As for the Living Fucktoy, that's because the input command is hard to do and has a conflict with another move I think so you'll often end up doing the other move instead >.< I'll try to remember to change the input this month.

2019-04-11 17:22:25 +0000 UTCI apologize in advance if this isn't the right place to talk about the potential bugs, but when the update dropped I noticed that Pit's Mind Control Finisher doesn't actually play, and I believe DDC's Living Fucktoy special might be bugged as no matter how often I input the combo whilst meeting the conditions it never does anything, even against characters who are shown on the blog as having animations for it.
