Beyond that, what elements are you looking for: should it be another humiliation story or something more romantic? Should it be and adult baby or a diaper lover story? Should it have a male or female dominant-- or no dom at all? Let me know what you're looking for. Also, I want to mention once again that I'm accepting before images-- if there's a girl you'd like to see our main character modeled after, leave the image URL here in the comments or DM it to me and I'll try and include her in a future poll.
