SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\TCSM\BBQGame\Content\Paks Dump the other two files in the following location: SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\TCSM\BBQGame\Binaries\Win64 Only launch the game by running the Steam.version.only.TCSM.Starter.EAC.off.bat file. This is to disable the anti-cheat allowing custom skins. Enjoy
