Two winners will be selected from one column and the third from the other column, then have the top column dudes and the bottom column dudettes. So if the top column gets like 100 90 80 and the bottom column gets 70 60 50 you'd end up doing the 100, 90 ,and 70. Might also encourage people to break up their votes more since admittedly right now it's pretty easy to guess who's going to end up being drawn.
