December Monthly Update (+ Rewards Form)

Hello!

November went pretty alright for me. We're preparing for a move and looking for a new place to live in February which has been very stressful but I'm doin what I can to manage. Thanks again for continuing support it means a lot to have the help so I can afford this move and continue to do what I do.

I've been truckin through the backlog mostly off stream this month and it's gone fairly well. Lots of mental health stuff going on too like I started trying some new ADHD meds and seeing how that goes over. I've got 3 backlogged rewards to do but they're going steady so I'm not worried about playing catchup. Form submission will continue as usual.

As the stream PWYWs return I'll be going back to no minimum as I think it was driving people away and we were getting some complicated feelings regarding the system, so I've made a few other changes as well.

Each Marbles run will have 2 winners instead of 1
1st place will always get a slot.
2nd place will get a slot IF 1st or 2nd is a winner who has not won before. If both 1st and 2nd were previous winners, then the other slot will go to the highest placing newcoming entry.
