Yeah i didn’t wanna be too mean to this new actor but he’s nowhere near the levels of the previous one. I way preferred him

The previous actor had SO much more chemistry with Daenerys. I thought his look was also a lot better for the storyline; long blond hair is more interesting than another dark-haired bearded dude who looks the same as every guy in Westeros. I try and picture that actor when I watch this scene and it's much, much better.

Sophie was still under age when they filmed that. It was in 2013 and she was 17. Im sure since they probably filmed outside US, it was fine to go ahead with it.

That kiss with sansa and littlefinger always makes me uncomfortable. So weird and the actress is young.
Also love the scene with oberyn and tyrion. Apparently that was pedro's first scene he filmed.

Daenerys has strong convictions - as shown by her edict to kill all the slavers. But she lets Jorah's advice temper her, when he has good arguments. That's what makes her a great queen.

Not sure if you caught it but Cersei said “He killed my mother” to Oberyn when he said he was just a baby, which she said to Tyrion in Season 2, and Tywin said the same thing in Season 3. Jaime was the only one who didn’t blame him for Johanna’s death

- This is already the third (!) different actor for the Mountain. This time they chose Hafthór Júlíus Björnsson from Iceland, who won the official title of strongest man in the world in 2018. He's 2.05 meters tall and weighs roughly 200 kilograms.
- Bronn has always been evil. Remember when Tyrion asked Bronn if he would kill a baby without question if he ordered him to do so? Bronn answered: "Without question? No. I would ask for how much." Also, in the book's appendix he's described as "black of hair and heart".
- Sophie Turner was actually 18 years old at that time, but Sansa is supposed to be 15 or 16 at that point of the story, I think.
- The Hound doesn't take Arya to Riverrun because Riverrun is now ruled by the Freys who serve the Lannisters, who would kill the Hound for being a traitor because he left the battle of the Blackwater. The Hound wants to take Arya to the Eyrie because he hopes to get a big reward from Lysa Arryn, but now of course this option went out of the window, or out of the moon door, in this case. :-P
