I love the chemistry between this Daario and Daenerys. I think you're far enough ahead now that it's not a spoiler to say they replace him in Season 4; such a shame. I love this guy haha

Oops, you're completely right of course! I didn't think that one through before posting. At least the part about less light was correct :-)

I think a moon completely in the earth's shadow would be a lunar eclipse, that can only happen at times were there would actually be a full moon, when the earth is between moon and sun, so that from earth we can see the whole sunward side of the moon.
New moon would be when the moon is between earth and sun, so we can only "see" the side of the moon that is currently dark. New moon refers to the fact that the last sliver of the "old" moon has disappeared from the sky, and from now on, we will start to see the "new" one.

Stannis Baratheon has done questionable things, and continues to do so - but deep down he's still a man of honour. Why else would he keep Davos' council?
A new moon means no moon - it's completely in the earth's shadow. Which means less light and hence easier to sneak into an enemy camp.
Tyrion's "and so my watch begins" is a reference to the oath the Night's Watch takes - the Night's Watch who, famously, "shall take no wife". He's not only saying he'll wait until Sansa is ready, but also that even if she's never ready that is okay.

The word that Stannis said is "usurper". A usurper king is an unrightful king, someone who calls himself king but has no right to. Viserys also used that word a lot (at least in the books); he only referred to Robert Baratheon as "the Usurper".

I'm assuming Tywin wanted the wedding between Sansa and Tyrion to happen before Margaery became queen so she couldn't go through with her plan to marry Sansa and Loras.
Also in a previous episode Missandei says "valar morghulis" and Daenerys responds with "Yes all men must die, but we're not men" so you can derive what it means from Daenerys response.
