As others have said, this is definitely not a fan favorite, but I still don’t skip it on rewatches. Even the “bad” Buffy episodes are good! I’ll watch it again for the Giles singing and the humor (“poltergasm”, “keeping it up”). I’m glad you appreciated it in spite of the uncomfortable parts!

2022-02-19 13:28:49 +0000 UTCIt isn't a great episode but I do respect what they were going for. The whole long term dangers of abuse when we ignore it happening, how it affects others. Still after some heavy episodes about Faith and her emotional trauma we need something less serious as we approach the end of season. Looking forward to your reaction for the next episode, it is back to form.
