The title of this episode is in reference to the quote "There is nothing to fear, but fear itself." Which is why I LOVE that Joyce tells Buffy "There's nothing to be afraid of" right before it leads right into the 'fear itself' part of the episode lol I'm so glad I am taking the time to go through these reactions even if I am a couple of years late lol You did a fantastic job with these.

2023-10-08 20:00:11 +0000 UTCIt’s funny you mentioned Power Rangers in your discussion because one of the frat guys in the beginning of the episode is played by Walter Jones who was the original Black Power Ranger (from Mighty Morphin PR). Also, Joyce said she didn’t make any friends in the first year they moved to Sunnydale. Pat was introduced in season 3, not season 1. Also I chuckled when you saw the skeleton turn to a real one with an eyeball and you said “undo it, undo it”. Given you’ve already passed Pangs episode I think it’s funny
