Creativity needs input. But it also needs the space to digest the constant influx of information from daily life, reinterpret them and create something out of it.
On the other hand, silence and emptiness are hard to come by these days. When is the last time you spent a whole day without scrolling on Instagram, checking your mail, or watching a movie?
If you want to be creative, it's important to give yourself the time and space to distill the stimuli of the outside world into something truly new and wonderful. ❤️
