THE RETURN OF KAT DAVID
There are of course some models that people never stop asking for. One of those highly requested is the fun, energetic, luminous Kat David.
I had the pleasure of working with her several times in both LA and in the Santa Maria area over the course of a couple years. She was always sweet, honest, and sincere, and you couldn’t help but have a good time when she was around.
This particular series was taken on the roof of her old apartment building in Los Feliz, California, just outside of Hollywood. The neighbors kept banging on their ceiling (our floor) as we walked across the gravel-textured roof, and at times it felt as though I’d fall straight through. But for the most part, shooting up there was safe and easy.
Kat, as usual, was flawless and exciting and made the most of a basic, uninspired situation. This series eventually became one of the first she and I would have published at Playboy.com, with many more following the next two years after.
I’m quite proud of the photos we shot together and I wish we could do more, but alas, she’s taken a long break from modeling. Please enjoy this huge folder, and thank you again for your continued support!
