The Narrative Is Shifting: Workout Motivation

As you'll notice on the main channel I've been unable to upload however I'll be getting back into the swing of things this week. Discord should be up by the end of this coming weekend (right before start of September) and plans for 2nd channel a little after that. I'll also be posting more on Patreon once I'm done taking care of family after 5th September which is great. I know everything seems to be moving slowly but it's just an act of balancing deadlines for YT/Patreon/Work/Family etc etc haha. I'm sure you all understand.
