RISKY BUSINESS
Life is easy when you’re on your own. No one to check with, no one to ask opinions before making a big decision, nothing to worry about by yourself. But then you find a partner, someone you can trust and that you want to have trust you, and somehow you find something you didn’t know you were missing. Somehow you’re complete in a way you never thought possible.
Well, thankfully that’s where I’ve found myself the last year or so. My partner is the best woman I know, the loveliest, toughest, most positive and cheerful lady who frustrates me, challenges me, and makes me a better man and human being with each passing day. I didn’t know how much I was missing until we found each other again after 25+ years. Go figure?
This sentiment has been strongly in my mind lately, especially since I’ve been moving boxes and furniture the past five days (all with a reattached middle finger), with no end in sight, to our new home. We’re combining our lives together, and it’s scary and fun and exciting.
This series reminded me of such a sentiment, with these two close friends, who have the same vintage aesthetic and taste posing at the Madonna Inn together. These two beauties are a joy to work with, and I look forward to sharing the last few photo sets I have from this series.
So thank you again for indulging me with these thoughts. I hope you enjoy this series as much as I do!
And thank you once again for your continued support! It truly means the world to me. If you have time, please leave a comment about what you like about my work here as well as a note I can share with the model. Keep in touch!
