MUSTARD SEED

The parable of the mustard seed is an ancient tale told in the bible, recited infinitely to children and adults alike since it’s origin some 200 years ago. Some view it as a metaphor for the growth of the true and chosen religion of the Christians and how it spread lush and importantly in a short period of time to take over the world. Others view it dark as an imposing weed that tends to grow so quickly that it’s an imposing weed that dangerous and stifles all that it surrounds.

None of this has to do with Bijou, a beautiful young woman who is as mature, focused, and curious about the world as she is beautiful. We waited until she turned 18 to shoot together, and she impressed me with her sincerity, genuine passion for life, and desire to march to her own drum.
