I know this is not the point, but I can't help myself. To travel 188 light years while 200 years pass on Earth, the ship would be traveling at 94% of the speed of light. At that speed time dilation due to relativistic effects means those on the ship would experience the entire trip as taking about 68 years in their frame of reference. But that would just mean they could take reju every 2 ¾ years and have the same caption otherwise.
