I have a favor to ask. Could you all go rate the book on Amazon? No need to buy it or anything, just drop a rating. It lets The Almighty Amazon Algorithm know "Hey! This book is Something!", and pushes it through. At which point, Amazon smiles upon me, and the rest is history. Every little bit helps, and once we break 1k ratings, I'll post a bonus chapter!

Maybe someone can help. The tool I am using gave the following error messages: calibre, version 6.29.0 ERROR: Cannot add books: Failed to add any books, click "Show details" for more information.
