Game Tycoon C509 Alternatives II
Added 2024-04-07 15:29:38 +0000 UTCUpon hearing Shin's words, Shiko and Seki shared a brief look before their eyes settled on Shin. Shiko began, with a hint of irony in his voice, "Business? That's quite ironic, isn't it? I would never have imagined our dear younger brother—so accomplished, with a company so large it captures everyone's attention, not to mention being the wealthiest person in the world—would call us into his luxurious, cozy office for... business?"
Seki couldn't help but chuckle as he added, "Haha, this must be a dream. I never expected this, especially not from my dear younger brother! Considering the strained relationship between you, me, and our older brother Shiko." As he finished his statement, Seki's gaze became direct, his tone shifting to something more serious. Shiko mirrored this change in demeanor.
The two brothers were astounded by the notion that their younger sibling would go out of his way to invite them and propose a business opportunity.
This scenario was something they had never imagined in their lives, particularly coming from their younger brother—unless, of course, there was a catch. The two brothers suspected that Shin was up to something, their curiosity piqued about his true intentions.
"Am I really seen as such a villain in the eyes of my older brothers?" Shin asked, his tone self-deprecating yet edged with a wry, almost mocking smile. "Is it so unbelievable that I would extend an invitation and propose a business deal?"
Hearing Shin's words and noting his expression and gestures, Shiko and Seki couldn't help but chuckle. "You know exactly what we mean, dear younger brother," Shiko said, an understanding look in his eyes.
Seki nodded in agreement, adding, "You might not have openly shown it, but we're aware of your disdain for us—especially after we flaunted the 'DiskMan' in front of you. In response, your company launched a product that obliterated our renowned 'DiskMan.' That was your 'iPod,' a creation of KiShin."
Shiko nodded, his voice carrying a mixture of resignation and understanding. "After the iPod, Suzuki suffered significant revenue losses, and neither the board nor the family took it well... We always thought you developed the iPod just to spite us, didn't you?"
At this, Shin couldn't help but burst into laughter. "Haha! I can't believe you've misunderstood my intentions so completely!"
"What's so funny? And what are you trying to say?" Seki asked, puzzled by Shin's reaction.
Shin, still shaking his head in amusement, clarified, "Why would I create the iPod just to spite my brothers? You're missing the bigger picture here. In the business world, innovation and ideas reign supreme. Yes, the iPod did displace Suzuki's DiskMan, but that was because KiShin offered a superior product. It's the same reason KiShin's iPhone surpassed other phones in the market."
Seeing his brothers fall silent, Shin chuckled. "It would be quite foolish to think I developed such an innovative product merely for revenge or to spite my brothers. I pursued these innovations because they were good ideas—products that could revolutionize the market, benefiting both society's advancement and the world technological landscape."
Shiko and Seki exchanged glances, finding Shin's explanation not only reasonable but enlightening.
"My dear brothers, companies exist to offer something innovative, useful, entertaining, or essential. That's how businesses around the world profit and grow. If a company fails to offer any of these, it's doomed to fail," Shin continued, pausing to catch his breath before speaking more passionately, "By focusing on what's beneficial for KiShin, I've managed to elevate it to its current stature. That's how I've earned billions, though I know I could never spend it all in a lifetime. My relentless drive with KiShin stems from it being my purpose in life—"
Becoming visibly emotional, Shin stopped to take a deep breath, settling back into his soft chair, allowing the weight of his words to hang in the air.
Shiko and Seki were utterly taken aback, their minds reeling from the turn of events. They had never anticipated witnessing such vulnerability and honesty from Shin, let alone experiencing a transformation in their feelings towards him. What once was envy and animosity now dissolved into a warmth and understanding they hadn't thought possible.
"I am sorry—I got a bit carried away in my explanation," Shin said, regaining his composure.
"It's alright," Seki responded gently, a softness in his voice that was rarely directed at Shin.
Hearing Shin's sincere words, Shiko reflected on their relationship. "Listening to you speak so honestly, I realize how much distance I've felt between us, especially because you're my younger brother. But now... I'm actually relieved to see this side of you." The barriers that had once alienated them from Shin seemed to crumble.
Shin, seeing his brothers' acceptance of his heartfelt outpouring, felt a surge of relief. He wondered if this newfound understanding might pave the way for his business proposition to be received more favorably.
After a moment of contemplation, Shin ventured, "So, would my elder brothers be willing to consider my proposal—the business matter I mentioned?"
Shiko and Seki nodded, their curiosity piqued.
Then, with a smile, Shin shared his idea, "I'm aware that my elder brothers, Shiko and Seki, hold stakes in the Suzuki Group... And my proposal," he paused for emphasis, "is to buy those stakes from you, offering a price above the current market value."
Shiko and Seki were completely taken by surprise at Shin's proposition. Indeed, they both held shares in the Suzuki Group—Shiko with a 5 percent stake and Seki with 2 percent. The idea that their younger brother wanted to buy them out was something they had never imagined.

It is better to buy their voting power instead of outright buying off their shares. In an ideal world they don’t even agree to let go of their shares.
