Allright ! god I wanna go to bed but i have to write some stuff first...
This is, as I said some days ago, a sequel to My Artificial Sun and A Good Boy
This third one isn't going to be as long as the other ones. I think you can tell by virtue of this first page, which is probably the fastest I get to butt in a comic. The one gimmick-plot is basically spelled out in this page too ! There was just one thing I thought would be hot to draw with those two (who otherwise don't really need anymore comics, their relationship isn't going anywhere else, they just really fancy each other) so here we are !
Why is it called Searching For You ? I had no idea for a title, as usual, so I looked at my playlist and eventually this music sounded like it was tonally in line with what I wanted (not necessarily lyrically or even in terms of title but whatever, doesn't matter !). I also considered Bubble by Rabbit Junk, Jack you Up by Mindless Self Indulgence... I might change it, I don't really care. [EDIT : I TOTALLY DIIIIID]
Beside that, if I can manage to finish this comic with some speed, I'll do another short comic after, a sequel to Ortie cos I have also some hot little thing I feel is worth drawing. So that's the plan for now. After that I'll probably do the One Piece comic or Simian Exposure 2.
Also the Devil x Angel won the poll ! I still have to draw Chat noir X Beast Boy, but I'll get to it. I also have a big bunch of comish to work on so comics update might come slow still...

Thanks ! I try and it takes me forever. I thought of just sketching the character and coloring that yet I couldn't help but just go all the way...

I don't know why other artists don't draw it cos it doesn't really seem like it should be THAT special. I'm trying to think of reason as to why others don't do it as often as I do but it's kinda hard cos even I don't do it with much reason to begin with. At this point, there's a bunch of comics I wanna do who have black characters within but it's not like I'm making a conscious effort to push for it, yaknow ? It just sorta happens this way. Still, my assumption as to why it's so rare would be that it's not in the zeitgeist at all. Artists don't think to do it because there's nothing to think about. When 's the last time in media you saw a black character you thought "Dayum aw hell yes, I hope someone smuts that *would it be culturally insensitive to push it even further by putting the n--word here or does it make it funnier if I completely interrupt that shitty black stereotype speech joke with my whiteness* up !" ? It doesn't happen often, does it ? There might be some race issue too, like white/asian people might feel like it's not their place to do it ? I don't know cos i don't feel that way and I've never been accused of it but there's certainly a trend on social media to judge any outsider of a particular culture/subculture of fetishising (implying "degrading") when they try to create smut about anything that's not a direct reflection of themselves. It's just shallow theories, I'm not sociologist. By all accounts, I still feel like there should be more than there is.

I actually went on a small lazy internet expedition to just see what you get from gay comics and yeah... Yaoi is just shades of white/asian with occasional tan, western comics are almost nothing but furry art and human-art is the exception rather than the norm (not like I can talk shit about that, especially since there's a wolf in this comic and all my other comics with blacks, planned or released, also are half furry, but still...) Whatever black guys I could find were always in some painfully "porny" comic, not cute, not funny, not endearing in any way. I don't know. Seems like there's fuck all to find. It is sad. But don't worry, I am here, WHITE SAVIOR, to draw porn of black guys with TOTALLY PURE INTENT. Seriously tho, from my perspective I'm not exactly doing anything special but I draw the things I'd want to see so it is a shame to not have more of this. It's not like it should be that rare, I don't really get it.

The few times the Ortie characters have won the monthly poll made me realize how old the Ortie comics are and look, so I kinda wanted to have a recent one to draw them fooling around instead of just occasional isolated pics. Plus there's one stupid god damn joke I want to put in there that I can't put in any other comic.
