I made the original design in 2017 and since I spend so long finishing comics because I'm unbearably slow the characters have seen changes, I updated their faces for the sake of seeing how drastic their design shifted, not that it was the point at first, I just wanted to draw them new clothes, remaking the face was a whim. But anyway, there you have it. Thought it was worth showing.
In more page-relevant news, I feel like I should have established Shippun's bag better before tossing it into Roussel but OH WELL

Well, I agree Roussel's a doofus but that just makes him more endearing, to me anyway, probably because I'm just as big a doofus ... But hey, who doesn't love an underdog story
