February Schedule | Changes & Roadmap from March

Let's get straight to the point!

Firstly, regarding my plans for February, as I mentioned before, I intend to use this month for practicing drawing and taking a break.

To elaborate, I've been thinking about:

1. I want line art and rough sketches to be shorter, or even consider skipping them.

2. I don't want to draw Subtle variations, and I don't want to promote my work as having "lots of variations" with Subtle variations. (except for our 'specialties' like bukkake, milk, etc.)

3. I want to increase the number of drawings.

4. I want to try drawing various characters.

5. If there are no variations, or just a few(1~2), I'm curious to see how many drawings I can complete in a month.

6. I want to promote my Original characters more.

7. I want to switch to a way that makes it easier to follow popular characters.

8. I want to practice drawing manga.

To achieve these, I'm thinking of taking some time to:

1. Change my drawing style or improve my drawing techniques.

2. Find ways to make it easier for everyone to make requests.

I originally planned to do this around November last year, but it was a bit chaotic then, so I think it's better to try it now!

Next, regarding the changes from March and the roadmap, let's start with the roadmap!

I've written the content into text for clarity:

Remaining Goals (planned before December 2025)

⦿ Related to my original characters

1. Introduce them through full-illustrations

2. Create 4 Koma comics

3. Produce a theme song

⦿ Related to Updates

1. Update with at least four new pieces each month

2. Non-illustration content (2-3 page comics, animations, etc.)

⦿ Plans for After (from January 2026)

1. Start a manga series

2. Develop a game

The final goal of the roadmap is either starting a manga series or developing a game, but composing and other processes will also be included along the way...!

I'm planning to do various things in the future, so please look forward to it!

Now, moving on to the changes from March, please first take a look at this capture.

From March, all content will be available in the $5 tier.

(However, the link to Gumroad will remain unchanged and exclusive to subscribers of the $10 and higher tiers)

However, due to the capacity limitations on Patreon, it might not be possible to attach PSD files, so some adjustments might be needed regarding the overall file specifications.

The second change concerns requests.

The traditional way of requesting was quite complicated, and verifying RP (Request Points) periodically to check everyone's information was challenging for me.

So, I'm thinking of discarding the old request method and coming up with a new one.

As I mentioned earlier, I want to focus on:

1. Making it easier for everyone to make requests.

2. Strengthening the bonus aspect.

3. Avoiding methods like RP.

However, this means that the "rewards for long-term supporters" aspect of the requests will become less prominent. 

I'll consider rewards targeted for them once I'm able to create more content!
