December Character Voting Preparation

1. Now can write up to 5 characters instead of 3.
2. Characters nominated under certain conditions will be divided into two groups. The top two characters from each group will be chosen for drawing.
3. In terms of order, the second place in Group B will be considered fourth overall. If it's not possible to draw by the 25th, it will be automatically cancelled. Therefore, sketches will be prepared as usual up to the second place in Group A (third place).
*1st in Group A is considered 1st overall, 1st in Group B is 2nd, 2nd in Group A is 3rd, and 2nd in Group B is 4th.
4. Once a character has been drawn, they will be excluded from nomination for the next two months. (This rule does not apply to my original characters.)
(Ex : If I drawing Taihou in following January's vote, then Taihou cannot be nominated in February and March.)
*Regarding the "certain conditions" in 2nd rule:
If more than 7 characters from a single game or manga title (e.g., Azur Lane, Last Origin, etc.) are nominated, characters belonging to that title will be classified into Group A, and all other characters will be classified into Group B.
This rule was added because I felt that many people might think, "It's always Azur Lane characters at the top, what's the point in voting? It's demotivating".
I also want to promote my own characters and have a chance to draw characters from other games.
However, I'm still contemplating which method is best, so there may be changes to this rules in the future.
