2025-03-23 02:11:14 +0000 UTCI wish could love the movie as much as you do, but I’m afraid I can’t. The brutal, abusive encounter between Laslo and his patron completely blindsided me. It ruined the movie for me. I couldn’t grasp why the writers felt the need to write it this way. It was not necessary for the movie to tell his story. And then that story arc was just dropped never to be mentioned again. I wanted to like the movie but it was too disjointed. I felt like I was being jerked from one scene to another.
