I agree with the other replies in that it reduces the hotness if a character's pregnancy gets undone as that (at least in my opinion) negates the whole allure of impregnation. I do wish to clarify that this doesn't apply to background characters though, they can use that watch all they want, but I think it would have been better if the watch malfunctioned at the end or something of the sort. This isn't to say I did not enjoy this (I very much did) but I think it would have been better if the characters getting knocked up meant they remained knocked up.
