The bell rang, and fatigue was starting to set in for Silver. He was on his last legs, and he knew it. Things were going to have to be different this round because he couldn't see himself making out of it in one piece otherwise.
The two fighters moved closer to one another, and as Amy closed in, desperation took hold of Silver. In the back of his mind, he was determined to prove to Blaze and Amy that he was strong enough. That there was no reason for them to underestimate him. But doubts settled in. Maybe he really couldn't do it. Maybe he was fighting for the wrong reasons, even now. That doubt turned to anger at himself, and that anger channeled itself into a right hook aimed at Amy's torso, which narrowly missed its target. Yet, it felt like it was so far away. Amy countered with a left jab aimed at his stomach, and he blocked it, although he winced, his arms aching. They felt heavy and were on the verge of going limp. It was taking all he had to keep them up.
Just punch her and keep moving, he thought to himself as he let out a right jab towards Amy's abdomen. She blocked it, but it wasn't like there was any point in doing so. The same could be said for her though, as when she countered with her left jab, it was fairly weak as well.
Silver just needed time to put his plan into action...but Amy wasn't going to let him. Silver was closing in, doing anything he could to make up for lost time. Even if he was risking his own consciousness, it was still early in the round. Amy was probably trying to recover as well. All he needed to do was overwhelm her, then keep moving. However, his legs soon stopped. His cheeks puffed up before his mouthguard bulged and then fell out of his mouth. A left hook found its way into his midsection, taking whatever energy he had left...along with his consciousness as he fell onto his back. His eyes rolled up into the back of his head, and the count of the referee grew distant until there was nothing but darkness.

The bell rang, signaling the end of the fight. Amy nearly collapsed as well, but she needed to keep it together for after the match. She raised her arm up in victory as the medical team began attending to Silver and took him out of the ring. Her second defense as champion was finished, and although it was a hard fought battle, she came out on top. She rolled him onto his back using her foot, and placed it on his stomach.
"Next time we meet, lets both take it a bit more seriously, yeah?" She smirked.
