SuperBatober 27 - ROAD

I warned y'all at the beginning that these pieces might enter Looney Tunes territory. Looks like twenty-seven days was as long as I could hold out! It also caps off my recent trilogy of "Kara Effortlessly Avoiding Various Villains Who Seem Bent On Attacking Her For Some Reason."

Anyhoo, dunno how many will chuckle at this one but it made me laugh. And even though we are well into the afternoon hours now, makes for a good Saturday Morning Cartoon vibe for today.

Beep beep!

Love that Kara gets another Looney Tunes gag here (after the opera one a year or two ago).

That would be great - and a nod to when original Kara faced Parasite in a trap she got out by using her super comb!

I want one!

Batgirl is for sure the Daffy to Kara's Bugs.

I rather like the idea of Parasite trying out a bunch of elaborate albeit unsuccessful inventions scattered throughout Metropolis.

This is great! Love the descriptions for both of them.

Like the Road Runner reference 😂

Ha! Love love love this! (Also the first time I’ve cheered for “the road runner”). So, is there a sequel where Babs uses Batme tech (which, of course, she made herself) to capture Parasite? She’d be successful unlike ol’ Wile E. After all, aside from the “bat man” suit in the cartoon, but there are actual Wile E. Coyote as The Batman toys out there. Hmmm. Now I’m picturing Kara speeding past Barry. I’ll stop now. 😐

Batgirl strikes me more as Daffy Duck….

"Meep! Meep! Pbtttttt!"

I love it. I grew up on Saturday Morning cartoons, so this is right up my alley. Related car trivia: Plymouth paid Warner Brothers $50,000 to licence the Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote characters for their Plymouth Road Runner muscle car they built from 1968-1980. They spent another $10k to develop a horn that made the Road Runner’s famous “meep meep” sound.

Total Saturday morning cartoon vibe! Great gag!
