Happy Saturday!

Sorry for the lack of posts this week. I was furiously trying to get story/pencils for the third Spidey book finished by Friday. This was on top of all the other responsibilities on my plate plus being a father of two during the summer.

Thankfully, I was able to get those pages done! And decided to unwind last night with another pinup piece for the art book I hope to crowdfund next year. I had a very simple, earthy colored striped design in mind, like this:

But after drawing it in, it didn't quite mesh right with me. So I kept playing with the pattern until I got too tired to know what I was looking at. This morning, I decided I would just post all the versions for you! Which you can scroll through above.

All pretty subtle, and in the end I think I really just like the one with no stripes at all. Haha. But what are your thoughts?

I'm headed out tomorrow for our one and only family vacation this summer but still hope to get some more art up for you next week. In the meantime, have a great weekend!
