Beach Vibes

At least physically. Mentally I still wish I was disconnected from everything, lazily relaxing on a beach chair or drifting upon open ocean waters without a care in the world. Trying to hold on to that, which hasn't been easy. Drawing the above wind-down sketch last night helped a little though. :)
Now I'm back in the whirlwind of Too Much To Do Land (made even more Too Much To Do having been away for a week) and can feel the anxiety that comes with this domain steadily clawing its way back into my brain space. It's got me rethinking my priorities and while I don't think it'll affect things that much on here, you might be seeing a little less of me on the socials this summer*. I'll still post archival art to help brighten feeds but most of my non-obligated art focus will be for here. One thing I did miss while hanging out on a big boat was drawing, and I'm excited to get back to it. Your patronage encourages that enthusiasm.
Speaking of, I believe I promised y'all some new Star Wars art! As well as a fresh batch of wallpapers. So count on those real soon. Plus maybe some new Zelda fanart as I'm more than a little excited for Tears of the Kingdom which I've set a large chunk of the weekend aside in anticipation of re-exploring Hyrule. I'm sure some of you will be right there with me.
In the meantime, I'll be working at keeping the memory of this magical place alive:
* Within reason. I do have a new book coming out I need to promote, after all!
