Forgot to snap a pic of just the inks before starting paints, but it offered a chance to show a slightly different approach to doing these. I used to block in all my blacks before painting and, only now--over a hundred watercolors in--am I realizing how inefficient that was. From now on, I'm going to do the blocking last. That way I don't have to marker over a lot of my blacks twice due to the watercolors sometimes lightening them up a bit. Woo hoo! Growth! :D
