COVID 2022: Revenge of the COVID

Soooo...you may (or may not) have noticed I didn't get a Happy Monday drawing up yesterday and I really apologize for that. The above comic is a fairly accurate account as to why. Despite getting all my vaccines, booster, skipping conventions, and even already having COVID two years ago around this same time, the pesky virus got me again. And this sequel to 2020 hit me pretty hard. I was pretty much incapacitated for three days straight.

Thankfully I'm feeling a lot better today. And while a lot better is still not very well at all in this case, I at least managed to draw something and that made me feel slightly more better (even if it is pretty much one drawing duplicated five times).

Anyhoo, if it's not clear in the comic, I very much enjoyed Star Wars: The Bad Batch! It starts out a little rough but really kicks in to some high quality storytelling about five episodes in (Omega increasingly gets less annoying too). Mostly though, I think the period in-between RotS and ANH is my favorite Star Wars. Something so redeeming about watching the beginnings of an alliance to take down an evil, totalitarian empire. And bonus: Great characters from all over show up!

Okay, that's all the energy I have for today. I'm off to bed for another twelve or sixteen hours. Hopefully some new art from me soon. Stay well, my friends!
