Inquiry about Gold Tier Price

Hi guys!
I'd love your feedback on something!
The quality of the dailies have gone up considerably since I started Patreon so I wanted to up the price just a little, but -
Would you guys be supportive of me upping Gold tier to $25 with the following change:

-A headshot or chibi doodle at bare minimum being guaranteed instead of a "maybe"

This is regarding the daily doodle pool and the full body doodles I typically do.

Would you have any other suggestions for my running this tier?
Thank you :)

My immediate concern was the "maybe" status and I think you fixed that, so yes!

EnderFloofs

I support the tier price being raised and am more than happy to pay the new price. Your art quality is well worth it.

I am more than fine with that. The quality you are producing for this is well worth it (if not a lot more) I don't mind paying an extra 5

Oh yes Patreon first comms are still absolutely a thing! I just injured my leg and got a backlog so I have not been able to take any more recently. :( Getting to the end of it though!

Yep, totally okay with price bump as it doesn't impact me at all and you definitely deserve it. That being said, I mirror what others said that you should probably set a limit on the tier or consider upping the tier price further to balance out demand. Having slightly easier access to Patron commissions would be a nice add though given there are well over 120 patrons that are eligible for that now. On a side-note, is the Silver tier even valid anymore in terms of the perk? ^^;

As said here already you might want to consider a limit just to future proof it a bit...it would likely be a bit hard to keep up with it if you end up needing to do 50+ extra headshots/chibi drawings every month. But yeah, I agree you should at least start charging more for it...you definitely offer alot for what you charge so even more then 25 would be fine with me. As long as your charging what you feel comfortable with for what you're offering then go for it!

Absolutely! I feel really reluctant to take advantage of the dailies every month since you've been putting so much effort into them. Was really surprised when you started coloring them! $25 is still not enough for the effort you put into them.

Raise it. Do what you need to do, but I think a limit would be wise *nodnods*

Nulizz

Yeah absolutely, the raffle element is a big concern for me!

This is a good change. Not only do I support you raising your prices. ~~honestly even 30 or 40 seems fair~~ but also it makes it so that it doesnt run afoul of the 'raffle' rules which right now it probably technically does, leaving patreon open to slapping you on the wrist.

Gyro

I agree with Arctic, you may wish to put a limit on Gold. That being said, I have no problem with upping to $25 monthly! And making it so that patrons are guaranteed a chibi/headshot at the very least is probably safer language for you, since it doesn't run the risk of ending up being considered as a raffle. Patreon apparently doesn't like raffles!

Sounds good, totally agreed with everything said so far :3

Terrev

$20 for something like a 90% chance to get a fullbody and a probable chance of a headshot or something if missed was already low, raise it!

Dizzy

Agreed with the limit!

YES ABSOLUTELY RAISE IT. What you're offering should be way more than 20/month

Ikenna

+1. You might want to consider setting the Gold Tier to a limited number like the Stardust tier, in order to prevent yourself from getting overextended.

Arcticfox

Def a fair point! I'm kind of already doing it though - A quick headshot for $25 is more than fair (At least in my view) and doable though :) If I get hundreds of course at that point I'd have to reconsider the tiers!

Viridian Dawn

More than okay with the 25. My concern is just what will happen if you get a large influx of gold patrons and you're guaranteeing doodles. That'll be a lot to keep up with.

You already give a lot for this tier! I'll be supportive of the change.
