Damn I thought it is going to be easier, so the whole gist is that due to the fact that the game is super old, the method of how they decided to make her hair is nothing short of a blasphemy by modern standards, to be specific part of her hairs is actual mesh and another part is a literally mapped on the torso as a texture, so I just made a shrinkwrap of needed part of the ingame torso to replicate the look (you can always remove shrinkwrapped mesh but you will loose a lot on the hair length).
