this parts can be turned off in settings.
Gloss and Opacity can be adjusted.
1.To hide Ghost Dummy Cloths from list Check User-Perf>Hide in Clothing
2.Load GhostPenetrator.cs to male person and change settings.
Note - Glass Look depend on used Glabal Ilum Sky, try changing them to your likenes.
