Behind-the-Scenes: How do I film with a busy road outside?

So a lot of people have asked me this before: how do I film my videos when the road outside is super busy?
Here's what most people never saw, the windows of my apartment are extremely good when it comes to sound proof, so as soon as I close them it's super quiet. If it's a busy day, the mics still pick up the sounds but it's almost nothing! :)
