Amazingly this ended up really taking off and catapulting me towards doing YouTube as a full time endeavour - something I could have never foreseen when I was trying to work out how to record and edit.
Well fast-forward to 2024 and miraculously - another game has come out.
So hopefully you'll indulge me this little side project - a lengthy review of Prince of Persia The Lost Crown.
Does it live up to the series name? Does it deliver as a Metroidvania? Can it compete in 2024? We'll discover all that and more.
