The Next Retrospective! - VAGRANT STORY
Added 2023-07-07 00:38:42 +0000 UTCSo on tonight's stream I revealed the next lengthy retrospective which will be a single game deep dive into the twisted world of Vagrant Story.
For those of you who aren't familiar with it - it's a legendary PS1 RPG by Squaresoft that essentially tries to break every design rule from the 90s and in the process, ends up being remarkably original and inventive. It's full of flaws and creative ideas all wrapped around a tense and engaging story which should all make for a very entertaining video!
As if that wasn't enough though - I'll also be tracing the career of it's creator, Yasumi Matsuno, as he rose from nothing to the top of the industry and then plummeted back down to it's depths.
It's tragedy, it's history, it's retrospective all wrapped up in one. Hopefully it'll make for a good video as I'm enjoying working on it immensely.

As for a release date? Well I don't have one just yet but as it's just a single game (albeit in a high degree of detail) I'm hoping to turn this one around fairly quickly and should hopefully have it ready by August!
