Planning order of artworks, changing polls slightly, and various WIPs

TL/DR: Changing order of artworks to FE > Something else > FE > Something else. I may or may not have themes for monthly polls. Monthly polls will focus on suggesting/voting on characters for that month. I'm also trying a new speed painting technique that has been successful in saving time.

Hey everyone, I have a couple of things I'd like to talk about.

I want to have more variety on the characters in my artworks, specifically characters from things outside of FE. This is nothing against FE, I still very much love it and have plenty ideas for their characters, there's just so many other characters I'd also like to make art for.

Now, I know from that survey and the polls that you all love FE and still plan on giving you all that content. To make sure I keep releasing art for it, I've decided to set a release schedule that somewhat follows FE > something different > FE > something different.

The artworks in this post are various WIP's to mimic what my release schedule might look like. These are all ideas I'd like to finish, while there's still plenty more I'd like to show. (Shez and Lumera from FE, Skyla from Pokemon, Ako from BA, Tifa from FF7 to name a few others.)

But Cider, you release like 3 artworks a month some of you might say. Well! I've recently started incorporating some speed painting techniques into my art. Every artwork here was made with that technique.

Tiki has around 2 hours worth of work put into her. Mym has around 30 minutes. Every other artwork shown here has around 5-10 minutes. They might look bad for the time put into it, but what they contain are compositions that I am perfectly happy with continuing. This will save me hours in the long run since I will have no need to dramatically change it halfway through the painting.

This new painting technique has been going such a long way for me and I plan on continuing it from here on out.

Next topic! Something that might stick out with these WIP's is that they aren't all following the monthly theme of "girls on top." I've decided that I may or may not have themes for future polls and they will instead focus on "who to paint for this month."

I do like monthly themes, but having to draw multiple characters for 1 theme has been fairly draining on my creativity. Because I want to prioritize making sure I get multiple poll winners a chance to be painted, I've decided this is the best route to take.

Themes might still happen, but they definitely won't be every month.
