So, people have been putting "I didn't receive my rewards" or "It was too hard to access my rewards" on their exit surveys.
Since now using Dropbox, people seem to be really confused on what to do/what the protocols are. I post every audio promo with the header "PLEASE MESSAGE ME IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED." I get new patrons everyday and it becomes difficult to keep track of everyone. You have let me know in DMs or on the post if you haven't received said rewards. If you don't say anything, I won't know. I'd love to give y'all the content, but sometimes you just have to message me for it...especially if you're a new patron after said audio was released.
