I'll be honest. This show is incredibly boring to me so far. They keep reiterating on the same points, (like constantly mentioning the scars on their necks and it's purpose, the way heroes are treated as scum, the way being ressurected break your mind, etc. ) without letting the audience use context clues. The exposition is way too pointed without setting up much in terms of where we can go with this concept in the future. Unlike most other shows where we are thrown in the middle of an interesting world there is no mystery here (at least in the first 2 eps) I also think they overplayed their hand telling us what happened with Xylo and the previous goddess cuz now there is no intrigue there. The characters so far (Xylo, the goddess, and the commander) are super basic and one note. I do hope at least we get some interesting antagonists in the future cuz just blowing up monsters for 12 episodes is gonna get tiring pretty fast.
