Great video. Im have a biology degree so I'll put in my 2 cents here if you dont mind! A lot of the stuff you were talking about does somewhat come down to diet/lifestyle, but a lot of it is also luck! You must have great genetics :D As for the stress, you're 100% right. Chronic stess literally affects you on a genetic level, and it causes a lot of inflammation and things in the body. There's a lot of research into how people with high chronic stress levels are much more likely to be sick and have a lot of chronic diseases. Also, I would love to hear later how you manage gaining so much without fast food! I'm very interested how you manage a high enough calorie diet without it :)
